I was pessimistic I could find in a house in a location I wanted (dark skies for astronomy, on a paved road, on a road safe for bicycles) and with features I wanted such as a three-car garage, at a price that I could afford. Krystal and Brandon are very knowledgeable of the market. They counseled me to be patience, and they told me that something would come up. It took three months, but the perfect house appeared. They showed the house to us the morning after it was listed, and we all decided that it was a good price below market. We made an offer that afternoon, and it was soon accepted. Krystal stayed in constant contact with me, and she was very professional in handling all the paperwork and dealing with the listing agent. She made a number of valuable suggests and recommendations regarding inspections and getting bids. She was present at all inspections, and took us on tours of the house several times before closing and then at closing. Based on the inspections we were able to reduce the price by several percentage points. Krystal and Brandon are both very warm and friendly, and they make an outstanding team. We were always confident we were in good hands. We would give them 10 stars if we could!

They guided our family through the process of buying our dream home in Hereford in July 2019 with extreme ease. We bought from out of state.
